Promoting the Integration of the Greater Bay Area
The construction of the Greater Bay Area has in recent years become a well-planned, actively promoted national strategy. The Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area clearly calls for supporting deeper integration and cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong/Macao, to provide strong support for the development of the GBA. Under the guidance of the Central People's Government, and with the support of the Liaison Offices of the Macao and Hong Kong SARs, the China Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Think Tank Alliance (shortened as “the Think Tank Alliance”) was officially established in June 2023.
